Não tem muita qualidade ,chegou sem um parafuso e com cola na base que soltou a partir do primeiro dia, logo a cada soco verte um pouco de água. No meu caso treino num chão de pedra que quando molhado escorreguei e bati com a cabeça. O produto não deve ser assim mas acho que tive azar.
