A largura do suporte ñ permite que uma mão sozinha possa pousar um peso. Este suporte é uma cópia de outro bem mais robusto e que um utilizador pode pousar cada peso com uma mão apenas porque esta entra na largura do vão existente para o efeito. Um logro. Para meter um par de pesos é necessário pousar no chão um deles e colocar depous cada um com as 2 mãos.

It only works with dumbbells with a thin handle (Decathlon ones does not fit). Better description with size for gaps would have helped to not buy it
