Com base numa pesquisa alargada sobre que características deviam ter umas boas fitas de resistência, percebi, quando estas chegaram, que se tratava de fitas um material frágil, ocas por dentro, e com risco de quebra (principalmente a amarela, a mais leve que, só de ser arrumada no saco, já vinha com um vinco bem marcado, isto sem nunca ter sido utilizada). Se as usasse, seria sempre com muito cuidado e, provavelmente, optaria por resistências mais altas ao invés de utilizar efetivamente as pontencialidades de fitas de resistências mais leves. Posto isto, penso que seria mais interessante optar por um TRX desta marca que, segundo PTs que conheço e utilizam, afirmam ser de muito boa qualidade e, até, de referência :)
