In basketball, Wall Ball can simulate the explosive movement for a jump or a shot, developing motor coordination under fatigue.

They are fundamental for building the foundational strength needed to win physical duels in the paint and protect the ball against heavier opponents.
Battle Rope
It is vital for maintaining trunk (core) stability, allowing the athlete to change direction quickly without losing balance or ball control.
The physical preparation of our internationals plays a very important role during the training camps for the European championships. This partnership equips the national teams with all the necessary conditions to carry out excellent work also in this area.
