Resistance Band

• With these resistance bands you can work any part of the body;
• They are lightweight, small, and very easy to carry, making them perfect for travel;
• The bands can be easily stretched up to 250% of their original length.

There are 5 resistance levels:

• Extra Light: 13mm;
• Light: 19mm;
• Medium: 29mm;
• Strong: 32mm;
• Extra Strong: 45mm;
