The FINNLO Autark 7.0 is a multi-station designed for complete strength training, allowing different exercises to be adapted to each user's needs. It includes a weight stack with 16 plates of 5 kg each, totaling 80 kg, with quick resistance adjustment. The seat and backrest are adjustable to improve the training position, while the high-performance pulleys on the tower can be easily height-adjusted, offering greater freedom in movement execution. The station allows working the main muscle groups through various exercises and configurations. It can be complemented with an additional 20 kg of plates as an optional accessory. It measures 200 x 170 x 217 cm.
