The Mewave Pilates Reformer is a foldable Pilates reformer designed for full-body training, allowing you to perform hundreds of strength, stability, flexibility, mobility, and control exercises, working the core, legs, arms, and back. Resistance is adjusted through 4 springs and 5 latex bands, with red springs of 12 kg, blue of 9 kg, yellow of 7 kg, and iron springs of 10 kg, adapting the intensity to each exercise and to the user's level. The carriage glides smoothly for controlled and comfortable movements. After training, the reformer folds for compact storage, and the integrated wheels make it easy to move. Its dimensions are 197 x 57 x 72 cm in use and 122 x 62 x 28 cm when stored, weighs 32 kg, and supports users up to 120 kg. Suitable for beginners and advanced users, at home or in Pilates studios. It can be complemented with Jumpboard, Pilates Box, and Pilates Ring, sold separately.
