Squat machine designed to allow execution of the movement with correct technique, safely and controlled. Suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes, it effectively works all lower limb muscles.
It features dual-position platforms (flat and inclined) for greater exercise variety, a self-adjusting shoulder support for increased comfort, and an automatic lock release system that disengages at the start of the movement. It also includes two support positions to accommodate different heights and four integrated holders for disc storage.
