The Wellbeinn Balance measures weight and uses electrical bioimpedance to estimate body composition. It allows monitoring of 10 body metrics, including weight, BMI, body fat percentage, body water, muscle mass, bone mass, basal metabolism, and metabolic age. The Wellbeinn Mate app lets you view measurement history and track data progress over time. It includes modes to calculate the weight of babies and pets through weighings with and without holding them. To obtain body composition data, the scale should be used barefoot, on a firm and flat surface, with the app open nearby. Body composition values are estimates and do not replace professional assessment.
