All products are guaranteed for a period of 3 years. The cost of repair or replacement of any defective product will be borne by the company during this period. After the warranty period, repair or replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped by DHL, with tracking number, to ensure security and fast delivery. The shipping costs are calculated according to the recipient's location, and must be paid by the customer.
8.1 Delivery: where and when
The products are delivered throughout the European Union.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. The DHL tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped. The customer should check the status of the package with DHL to confirm the delivery date.
8.2 Delivery Time Limits
Delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your shipment does not arrive within 10 days after the estimated delivery time, you should contact the carrier or our customer support. The carrier or our customer support can initiate an investigation for lost items.
Please note that normal delivery times may vary depending on the product and the origin/destination; from 1-3 days for countries neighboring the shipping country (Portugal) and up to 20 days for distant countries. Delays of up to 10 days are unfortunately possible due to, for example, weather incidents, customs services, or operational delays.
8.3 Inspection upon delivery
The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or in poor condition, the customer should accept the product, and should contact customer service for further information. Photographs of the packaging and the product should be provided.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the recipient's location.
9.1 Free Shipping
Free shipping is valid for orders above the set value and to the countries indicated.
10. Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 14 days after the products were delivered. The returned product must be in perfect condition and unused. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. The refund of the product value will be made within 7 days after receiving the return.
If the reason for the return is BOOMFIT's responsibility, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs (defective products or products that are different from the ones you actually ordered).
The customer may choose a bank refund or a refund coupon that can be used for a future order. The coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date of its creation. After this time, no refund will be given.
However, if, in an order of multiple products, only one has a problem, we will not refund the shipping costs.
If the reason for the failed delivery and return of the order is the responsibility of the carrier, regardless of the payment method chosen, you should contact Boomfit so that we can resolve the situation with the carrier.
10.1 Cancellation of the order before shipment
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time before shipment. If this happens, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within 7 days.
10.2 Return of defective products
Defective products must be returned to our store. The cost of the return will be in charge of BOOMFIT. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, or the amount paid will be refunded. The quality guarantee is valid for a period of 3 years.
10.3 Return of products due to customer's option
Products returned for cancellation must be in perfect condition and unused. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. A refund of the amount paid will be made within 7 days of receiving the return.
Returns of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without packaging, or products with signs of having been used, will not be accepted.
If we receive an item under the above conditions, the customer will lose the right to a refund and will have 10 days to collect the item(s) at our facilities. The customer can also request a new shipment, however he will have to pay for the new shipment.
10.4 Return information
To return a product, the customer should contact our customer service.
Returned products should be sent to the address provided, indicating the order reference or invoice number. A refund of the amount paid will be made within 7 days after the receipt of the return.

16. Bodytone Products - Delivery and Warranty
Bodytone products have a delivery time of approximately 2 to 15 working days. Delivery on time is not guaranteed and is the responsibility of the Bodytone supplier. All of these products are sent directly from our partner Bodytone's warehouse, through the carrier selected by them.
Bodytone products have a 3-year quality guarantee. They are presented on our website divided into the pro line (intended for professional use) and home line (intended for domestic use). The use of home machines in a professional context voids the warranty.
Incidents and complaints are communicated to Bodytone, and resolution may take up to 15 working days.
